A popular event is returning in 2020!
Our Cycle Parade will still take place on September 19, 2020 at 10 AM. Children and adults will have a chance to ride on Main Street in parade fashion from the farmers’ market at 520 N. Main Street to Clement Street. The parade will then turn around and go back to the market, where a prize will be awarded for the best decorated cycle and popsicles will be enjoyed by all!
This year’s theme:
All Things Coronavirus
Flatten the Curve, Not your tires!
Registration is required for kids, and the form will be available the morning of the parade at the farmers’ market and online here. Masks will be required for all participants!
In the previous years, we’ve given kids free helmets and fitted them correctly, but we’re still waiting to hear back about if we’ll be able to do that this year. However, kids are required to wear a helmet during the parade.
We’ll also be doing a bike clinic to teach kids how to track down and patch holes in tubes. They’ll also learn a few basics of bike safety.
So join us! All the shenanigans will be at 520 N. Main on September 19th!
