Annual Fundraising Event Sponsorship Opportunities:
Christmas Home Tour: Our Christmas Home Tour has become a very popular event. It is a tour of area homes that takes place in the latter part of the year, usually toward the end of November, just at the start of the holiday season. There are always an eclectic variety of properties on the tour and is a very festive occasion. We offer the following sponsorship opportunities for the event:

Advertisement in Home Tour Ticket Book – (offers lots of visibility as this is a popular event)

Winter Flakes Run/Walk: This is an annual event for GHD. It gives everyone an opportunity to get out and get active in the winter. It also gives avid runners a good winter race, which is sometimes hard to find. The event includes a 10k and 5k run and a 1 mile walk. Please consider sponsoring the winter flakes! We offer the following sponsorship opportunities for the event:
Winter Flakes Run/Walk: $25-$200+
Avalanche Event Sponsor (minimum $200 donation)
- logo on back of the race t-shirt (distributed to each registered participant)
- logo on one of the three mile-marker signs during the race
- logo on Get Healthy DeSoto’s website as a sponsor for this event and recognition on Facebook page
- recognition within goodie bag and option to include a flyer, coupon, etc. (distributed to each registered participant). Please provide a quantity of 100 for inclusion in the bags.
Blizzard Event Sponsor (minimum $100 donation)
- logo on one of the three mile-marker signs during the race
- logo on Get Healthy DeSoto’s website as a sponsor for this event and recognition on Facebook page
- recognition within goodie bag and option to include a flyer, coupon, etc. (distributed to each registered participant). Please provide a quantity of 100 for inclusion in the bags.
Snowball Event Sponsor (minimum $25 donation)
- logo on Get Healthy DeSoto’s website as a sponsor for this event and recognition on Facebook page
- recognition within goodie bag and option to include a flyer, coupon, etc. (distributed to each registered participant). Please provide a quantity of 100 for inclusion in the bags.
If a donation is made in the form of a product or good (i.e., fruit or water), then the value of the item will determine the sponsorship level. Businesses that are unable to donate at this time, but would like to include an item in the goodie bag are encouraged to do so. Get Healthy DeSoto is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all contributions are tax deductible. Checks should be made payable to Get Healthy DeSoto.
