If you’re looking to do some hiking that is close to home, you might check out the trails offered at Kress Farm Garden Preserve. The area, which is located just outside of Hillsboro, offers five trails ranging in length from 3/4 to 2 miles. The trails range from easy to moderately difficult and are well-marked throughout the preserve. All of the trails are “loop” trails and are marked in a clockwise direction. The trailheads are at the Maria Callas Pavilion.
