We need new tokens. We’ll be retiring our current EBT and debit tokens after this season. It’s time to put the current ones to bed. We want your help in designing the new ones!
You can get an entry form at the market or you can print off your own here. You can choose anything for inspiration for your design, but if you’re at a loss for ideas, consider your favorite vegetable, farm images, DeSoto icons, or a person you admire. Please limit your design to three colors, but the medium you use it up to you: markers, crayons, pencils; even a digital design is okay.
Be sure to check out the requirements for each side of the token because entries that do not include all the parameters will be excluded from the judging.
Entries must be submitted by October 3, 2020 at noon.
Entries can be submitted by turning in your form at the market or by emailing your design to [email protected]. The winning design for each token, EBT and debit, will be awarded $20 in current tokens and $20 in new tokens for next year. We’ll also honor you at the unveiling ceremony when the market opens in 2021!
