Celebrate Our Heritage at the De Soto Farmers’ Market. There will be a lot going on. In addition to our wonderful vendors, we will host 11 demonstration booths and a civil war re-enactment. Our regular vendors will be there with their great selection of produce and baked goods. Be sure to drop by the market!
Thank you to all those who participated and came out to enjoy Tomato Fest. It was a huge success. Here are the results of the salsa contest.

The Joachim Shriners are bringing their little choo choo train for the kids to ride. 9:00-11:00am
There is also a cooking demonstration by Chef Vito Chirco of Lorenzo’s Italian Kitchen at 10:30. He will be demonstrating how to make Sicilian Potato Salad and Bruschetta with tomatoes and fresh herbs.
We also are having a SALSA CONTEST you can enter. Please request the rules from Darlene at 586-2472 or 586-3993.
