The Bureau of Environmental Health Services, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, will conduct a workshop for producers of foods sold at farmers’ markets, at four different locations. The focus will be on regulations and exemptions, approved sources, food safety and sanitation, and processing of non-exempt foods.
