We’re still in need of some volunteers for the Christmas Home Tour. If you’re interested in volunteering on Saturday, November 25, 2017, the shifts are from 8:45-12:15 and 12:15-3:45. Of course, all day volunteers are welcome. Please complete the volunteer form if you’d like to help out. There will be a volunteer orientation on November 9th to help you get to know each other and ask questions.
If you are interested in being on the tour or joining our legion of volunteers, please complete the form below.
Last night, a GHD student volunteer, hosted a most successful blood drive at St. Andrew’s. The coordinator was Krystin Robinson, a DHS Senior. The American Red Cross Blood Drive was a success thanks to the great local involvement. Members from the National Honor Society served as volunteers too.
If you are looking for an organization to donate a bit of your time to, I can recommend one.
Get Healthy DeSoto could use your help. If you can donate time to us, it will be appreciated. Below is a list of activities that we have or are planning for in the near future. Give us a try. We will respect your time and your priorities. Some of our activities are seasonal and some are on-going, so look over the list carefully and ask questions if you need to.
